Allen Pargmann joined Apple Computer in 1999 as a call center agent, quickly being promoted to team coach and then to the role he holds today as manager. Allen has been instrumental in developing a customer satisfaction training program and best practices that have been utilized throughout Apple's worldwide call center locations. He focused his efforts in creating a culture that distiguishes Apple from it's competitors. AppleCare boasts the industry's highest marks for customer satisfaction.
Allen's background includes a BS from Texas A&M. In his spare time, Allen can be found enjoying the great outdoors in his native Austin.
Ms. Parker is a native Texan, who moved to the Mid-west with her family as a child and returned to Texas after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. After starting her career in sales and marketing with Xerox, Jewell followed in her father’s footsteps and entered the Employment Services profession. She has over 20 years experience in organizational development and currently offers human performance management consulting services through Action Learning and Development, a firm that helps organizations identify skill gaps and design results oriented learning initiatives to help individual contributors reach their potential, benefiting the enterprise as a whole.
Jewell has practical experience and proven success in every aspect of Human Performance Management including recruiting, staffing, instructional design and training delivery, employee retention, performance evaluation and improvement strategies. Jewell is also a trained Six Sigma Champion and Green Belt. She specializes in Call Center and Help Desk environments.

Jewell is a graduate of the Leadership Austin Class of 1995-96 and serves on the Austin Contact Center Board of Directors as chair of the workforce committee. She also served on the Boards of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Austin Quality Council and the Capital Area Workforce Development Board of Directors.
About Education Committee
The workforce & program committee coordinates topics and speakers for monthly luncheons and special events, including the annual Fall Symposium, and selects locations for call center tours.
This committee also addresses challenges in the contact center industry such as imaging, workforce skills, training, retention and resources. It administers ACCA’s annual contact center industry survey and publishes a report of the results.

Martin has been involved with call centers industry for 20+ years. As a former call center manager (and VP) in the telecommunications industry now consultant; Martin advises call center on opportuities from improving productivity, training, and optimized workspace. Martin represents Advantek Inc as a premier client to the call center industry for their impact on call centers through envrionmental engineering. Martin is a graduate of the University of Texas.
In my 20+ Years of experience in Business to Business Sales; I have always focused on solving problems for my clients resulting in significant cost reductions and/or increased productivity. This approach combined with maximizing margin for the companies that I have served is how I define my success. As a Business Owner and Sales Leader, I am passionate about all of the elements of the sales process including; recruiting, lead generation, funnel management, contract management and overall sales strategy. My success results from a commitment to the individual; client, associate and my partners in a highly consultative process.
