Make Time for Success

Time management is a misnomer actually.  We cannot manage time.  It ticks on irreversibly and no matter how organized we are we cannot create more than 24 hours in a day.  Managing time is about managing yourself.  It’s about focus, purpose and priorities. Time today can be perceived as a commodity, an extremely valuable commodity, that we are perpetually short of.  All we can manage is how we utilize our time.  Since we cannot increase the supply of time, all we can do to balance our lives is manage demand.  This is the basic underlying principal of effective time management.  If you are stressed out, pulled in too many directions and WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, this workshop is for you!

Workshop Objectives:

  1. Set Priorities and find time for the things that really matter
  2. Improve Delegation and Follow-up skills
  3. Identify time robbers and how to overcome them
