Home Agents: Best Practices from Companies that are Doing It

More companies are becoming interested in the cost-saving and environmental benefits of using agents who work from their homes.

In this luncheon, we will hear from the American Cancer Society on how they have successfully launched their home agent programs and find out what keeps them going strong.  They will share some of their most useful resources and strategies to help your company create a dynamic program.

Plus, the American Cancer Society of Austin will open their doors and give you a tour of their contact center.

This event includes a catered lunch by DoGoodDeli. 100 percent of their proceeds go to help fight poverty, hunger and homelessness through Caritas of Austin.

* No onsite registration available at this event. Limited to 40 people per tour.

About The American Cancer Society of Austin

The American Cancer Society is the nationwide community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer through research, education, advocacy, and service. With more than two million volunteers nationwide, the American Cancer Society is one of the oldest and largest voluntary health agencies in the United States.

The American Cancer Society, Inc. consists of a National Home Office with 13 chartered Divisions throughout the United States and a presence in most communities.

The National Home Office is responsible for overall planning and coordination of the Society’s programs for cancer information delivery, cancer control and prevention, advocacy, resource development, and patient services. The National Home Office also provides technical support and materials to Divisions and local offices, and administers the intramural and extramural research programs. The National Board of Directors includes representatives from the Divisions and the general public.

Started in 2001, Print Logics has quickly grown to be one of Austin's largest digital printing companies. Print Logics services the printing, binding, and mailing needs of local companies both large and small. Just two years ago, we operated a small 1500 square foot storefront operation offering basic printing services.

Today, we've grown into an impressive 14,000 square foot facility, almost ten times our original size and now service companies around the country. Our services have blossomed and now consist of digital black & white and color printing, document imaging, direct marketing, web ordering, and mailing and fulfillment.
