MEETING CANCELED - Enjoy your holiday!

office_meditation.jpgWhere has the time gone? Most of us are moving at the speed of light with weekly deadlines, meetings and family matters. We can easily forget what keeps us moving. And you’re not the only one. You have employees to worry about as well. This monthly luncheon is all about realizing how health programs can change your life, the life of your employees and improve the company as a whole.

Today many companies recognize the positive impacts that health & wellness programs can produce. The effects rage from improving productivity, boost morale, decrease turnover rate, increase recruitment potential, improve profitability, reduce absenteeism, and lower health care costs. Jamie Perkin, Director of Community Relations at YogaYoga, will help you understand the value of investing in the wellness of human capital with best practices, statistics and demonstrations on how to take the first step in creating a health & wellness program. Plus, learn how to improve your health with simple but effective lifestyle changes.

You'll hear compelling statistics that demonstrate the powerful opportunity workplaces have to impact the well-being of employees while improving the bottom line of their businesses.

Whether you are looking to build a stronger department, increase retention among your staff, improve the overall morale of your organization, or simply want to learn more about how to present a case for wellness at your workplace, this program is for you.
