What Kind of Leader Are You?

There is no quick fix to being a better leader, but using a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment can give you insight into your assets and challenges as a leader of people.
This month's speaker will guide us through a look into how your team may perceive you based on your MBTI type and what you could do to alter that for better or for worse.  (For those aspiring to be in a leadership role, this will be an excellent exercise in helping you to understand what kind of leader you could be.)
