    Description Summary:  If you’ve been an operations manager or director for a 100+ person client or program operation…and are looking for the next step in your career path, then we want to hear from you! 

    S2G is a U.S. based customer response/contact center outsource provider with our current footprint in Waco, TX.  With our focus being centered on inbound support programs across technology, consumer electronics/products/services, we seek a person who is an up-and-comer in the industry and wants to be a part of a growing organization who also is an up-and-comer in the contact center outsource industry.

    Site Specific Environment – The Waco, TX site is a 400 seat site with 10 growing clients.  S2G’s programs range from shared to dedicated agent, all focused on U.S. inbound high touch support.  The person who will succeed in this role is one who has very well rounded contact center management, strategy, and leadership experience in the areas of:

    • ·        Operations Management
    • ·        Performance Management
    • ·        Client Services

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    • Operations Mgt:  Act as the primary head of site operations, and operational program leadership;
    • Operations Mgt:  Hold the ability to set strategy for staffing, scheduling, WFM, utilization, etc….to ensure site operations are profitable and on target;
    • Performance Mgt:  Ensures methods, policies and procedures (M&P’s) to client programs, are delivered;
    • Performance Mgt:  Oversee site/program needs and set strategy in the areas of training, performance management, and quality;
    • Client Services:  Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly client business reviews;
    • Client Services: Act as a client liaison and program strategist in managing to program needs and changes; and
    • Participate in regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with S2G executive management/ownership

    Minimum Experience & Requirements

    • ·        3-5 years proven leadership experience in a contact center environment is preferred;
    • ·        COPC, Six Sigma, or other formal training experience a plus;
    • ·        Bachelor’s degree preferred, however relevant experience may substitute;
    • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others;
    • Demonstrates excellent listening and problem-solving skills;
    • Possesses very strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Must be able to manage ambiguity and work in fast paced environment;
    • Experience with NetSuite, Asterisk, Pipkins, and/or other CRM, WFM, Telecom platforms;
    • ·        Candidate must successfully pass a background check and drug screen;

    Compensation & Benefits

    S2G is a growing, fast paced, and fun environment located in the downtown Waco area. 

    Salary in the range of 50-65k, based upon experience and skills.  Benefits package included.  Details will be provided to qualified candidates.
