    Job Summary:

    Job Description:
    As a Customer Love Representative you will answer calls, e-mails, and live chat inquiries from our pre and post-order customers. We expect each team member to become fully knowledgeable of our product suite in order to successfully help customers and up-sell additional products.  Customer Love Representatives are also expected to identify and communicate technical problems and feedback with the order process to the appropriate departments. All information our Customer Love Team receives from our customers is vital to our evolution and success of the business. Because of our on-going growth, we are looking for a candidate that can be flexible in the work environment and adapt well to changing schedules, protocols and practices.
     
    Responsibilities:
     
    *Ensure that all customers have a “WOW!” experience
    *Assist 45-60+ callers per day while responding to additional customers/prospects via e-mail
    *Master information contained in our website including production information, use of customization tool , status and delivery of products, and more
    *Up-sell products and services to both create and seize opportunities to improve conversion rates
    *Troubleshoot and solve customer issues
    *Always be courteous and helpful
    *Additional tasks as needed
     
    Qualifications:

    *1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
    *Full-time flexible schedule (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday’s)
    *Minimum typing skills of 45 WPM
    *Excellent problem-solving skills
    *Outstanding organizational skills
    *Experience in the sign industry is a plus!
