    Serving in this capacity will require our best Team Leaders who:

    1. Supervise customer support Teammates daily activities to ensure critical metrics/standards are met

    2. Motivate, coach and reward Teammates in areas such as: Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Resolution, Adherence, Attendance and other Key Performance Indicators

    3. Execute performance management process for team by preparing and delivering monthly and annual performance reviews

    4. Address performance concerns in a timely manner by following the disciplinary process which will include writing and delivering corrective actions and recommending employee separations

    5. Conduct regular 1:1's with employees to set and reinforce expectations, coach, develop, motivate and maintain relationships of trust and cooperation

    6. Review Quality Assurance data to evaluate performance, analyze trends and provide constructive feedback

    7. Conducts monthly team meetings to deliver key communications and build team spirit and provide recognition

    8. Supports the hiring and training process by conducting interviews and making recommendations for hire

    9. Develops and leads an effective team that proactively retains eBay customers

    10.Other duties as assigned


    Job Requirements

    • Must be able to deal with ambiguity - effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably
    • Provide current, direct, complete and actionable positive and constructive feedback to others
    • Must be customer focused
    • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and pushes other for results
    • Sets clear objectives and measures work, monitors process, progress and results
    • Must be able to set priorities - spends his/her time and time of others on the most important tasks
    • Provides timely information the team needs to know to do their job and feel good about being a member of the team
    • Makes good decisions based on mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment 
    • 4+ years experience managing a team of employees preferably in a contact center environment
    • 2+ years experience in a customer service oriented environment
    • BS/BA degree required or equivalent work experience
    • Must be able to pass a background and credit check
    • Experience buying and/or selling on eBay is preferred
    • Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
