Who We Are
Emancipet is a nonprofit on a mission to make high-quality spay/neuter services and veterinary care affordable and accessible to every pet owner. We open and operate high-quality, low cost Spay/Neuter and Healthy Pet Clinics, train other clinics and animal welfare organizations to increase their capacity, impact, and sustainability, and advocate for policies that improve the lives of pets in underserved communities. 

Where We Are
Since 1999, we have safely spayed or neutered nearly 275,000 dogs and cats and in 2017 will care for more than 100,000 pets, at low, or no cost to their owners. We currently operate vet clinics in Texas (Greater Austin, Pflugerville, Killeen, and Houston) and in Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) and have plans to expand to more locations in the next few years. 

Emancipet is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) staff to support our animal welfare mission of providing low-cost, high quality spay/neuter and healthy pet services in underserved communities.

This position is part of a (fun) team that provides customer service and support (by phone, email, text, and chat) for our growing network of clinics.
