    The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts seeks proven leaders for multiple supervisory positions in the Taxpayer Services call center.

    JOB TITLE

    Program Supervisor V-VI (Tax Policy Division) (00001481)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversees the work of the Taxpayer Service team and plans, assigns, and supervises the work of team members.
    • Oversees the development and implementation of guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations and monitors compliance with policies and procedures. 
    • Establishes goals and objectives; develops and approves schedules, priorities and standards for achieving goals; and oversees program evaluation activities. 
    • Participates in the initiation, planning, organization, and coordination of program area activities and projects.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    SALARY:

    $64,800 to $76,800 per year

    Salary is contingent upon qualifications and is subject to salary administration and budgetary restrictions.
