    Bilingual Customer Trainer (Spanish and English)-  Is responsible for delivering and facilitating of new hire employee, existing employee and outsource train the trainer training programs. Also responsible for delivering material with excitement, passion, and creativity to ensure that our employees and team members are knowledgeable and capable of performing their roles to highest levels of professionalism to deliver outstanding client experiences.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Instruct new hire and continuing education programs for call center agents
    • Deliver training in a way that invokes thought, inspires people, and creates excitement around our client experience
    • Be or become a subject matter expert in all Rev programs
    • Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of learners within the training classroom environment
    • Create an exciting environment for employee orientation, and deliver formal training on client service topics, technical job requirements, industry knowledge, and company culture
    • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult / accelerated learning tactics
    • Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner
    • Adhere to developed classroom agenda / timelines and content flow
    • Maintain current product knowledge by taking calls, attending team meetings, and conducting side by side observations and quality monitoring
    • Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics
    • Facilitate transition of learners from training to formal work environment, ensuring competency levels meet business needs (follow up post training and document findings)
    • Facilitate and develop training initiatives within the client service centers: new hire, continuing education, and nesting
    • This position will require international travel.

    •·         Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

    •·         Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments, outside vendors, and associates of all levels.

    •·         Effective facilitation and classroom management skills with the ability to present information using a variety of techniques and media.

    •·         Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.

    •·         Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, self-directed and work independently.

    •·         Ability to work flexibility hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings and graveyard shifts as necessary.

    •·         MS Office experience required

    Qualifications:

    •·          Associate degree from an accredited institution

    •·          Fluent in English and Spanish

    •·          2 to 3 years call center training experience
