Does your organization want people who show up and put in just enough to get the job done? Or do you want people who are rocking at their jobs, excited to be there, losing themselves in their work and unleashing their creativity and potential? What will it take?

We hear the word engagement thrown around a lot these days, but what does it really mean? And more importantly, how do we help people learn what it takes to cultivate it? Here’s a hint: Casual Fridays and Ping-Pong tables won’t cut it!

Combining high energy, music, spontaneity, storytelling, and audience interaction, we will dive into the conversations we need to have and the behaviors and skills we can help people develop to truly create a culture of engagement.  We’ll start with managers and leaders – we can’t do it without them!  But, we will also uncover the everyday things that we all can do to create an environment where everyone excels instead of doing the minimum required. Where they not only grow, but thrive. Where they strut through the office as confident as Mick Jagger on stage and perform like never before.

Lunch and networking 11:30AM-11:45AM

Program 11:45AM-1:00PM

Rick Lozano, Rackspace Hosting, San Antonio, TX

Engage.  Develop.  Inspire.  These are the things Rick Lozano does best in his own, unique way!  (Sometimes with a guitar in hand).  Rick has found a way to combine his talents as a world-class facilitator, speaker, performer, and musician to create an environment that is the definition of fun, engaged learning. From training and workshops to keynote speeches, his passion, energy, music, and refreshing delivery leaves audiences raving wherever he goes.

As a thought leader in talent development, Rick has a passion for helping leaders, individuals, and teams reframe the possibilities and realize their potential. Rick now works at one of the coolest companies in the world, Rackspace Hosting in San Antonio, and whether it is during office hours or at night gigging around town, he continues to earn a reputation that will (mostly) make his mother proud!
